摘要
蛹蛋白粘胶长丝是蚕蛹蛋白溶液与粘胶溶液制成的具有皮芯结构的蛋白质纤维 ,该纤维具有独特的护肤保健功能和天然纤维的优点 ,重点对蛹蛋白粘胶长丝在纺织加工工艺中出现的或可能出现的问题进行了研究 ,并对用蛹蛋白粘胶长丝开发的四种产品进行了撕裂强度、透气量和耐磨性测试。蛹蛋白粘胶长丝织物的风格和吸湿性能优良 ,价廉物美 。
The chrysalis-protein and viscose filament is a protein fiber of skin-core structure spun with silkworm chrysalis protein solution and viscose solution, this fiber has the superiority of natural fiber and the special functions such as skin-protection and healthcare. The occurrence problems and possible problems in textile processing are mainly studied. The tear resistance, air permeability and abrasion resistance of four products developed with this filament are tested, and the hygroscopicity and fabric style are excellent. With a advantage of low price and excellent quality, it has a bright outlook of product development.
