摘要
蛹蛋白粘胶长丝 (PPV)是蚕蛹蛋白溶液与粘胶溶液制成的具有皮芯结构的蛋白质纤维 ,它具有独特的护肤保健功能和天然纤维的优点 .本文介绍了PPV及其开发的面料 ,重点对PPV在纺 织加工工艺中出现的或可能出现的长丝处理、织造工艺选择等问题进行了研究 。
Pupa protein viscose filament yarn (PPV) is silkworm chrysalis protein solution and viscose solution, formilated the skin-rush pith protein fibre. It has distinctive function of skin-protect and care for one's health and the advantage of natural fibre. This paper introduces PPV fibre and its developed fabric, probes into the PPV fibre at the series carful of the problems which the fibre must be treated by a special process and weaving procedure choice etc, and makes a summary of resolvent.
