摘要
将中药制剂降胆灵特号Ⅱ作蛋鸡饲料添加剂,20 d后检测鸡蛋胆固醇、卵磷脂、蛋白质、微量元素、矿物元素及生产性能相关指标,并于35 d时检测血浆VLDL、HDL,结果表明,2.0％降胆灵特号Ⅱ汤剂可降低蛋黄胆固醇(p<0.01),提高蛋黄卵磷脂、全蛋蛋白质及Ca、Zn含量(p<0.01),与对照组相比,变化量分别为53.46％、47.20％、22.13％、308.24％、48.88％,并且极显著地降低了血清VLDL、升高了血清HDL水平,明显地增加了蛋壳厚度、蛋壳重及蛋黄颜色,提高饲料利用率15.8％。
The study showed that the traditional Chinese medicine- specific formulation a! of reducing cholesterol can improve egg quality by form of additive at 2.0% decoct, can improve the content of protein, lecithin, Ca, Zn, 22.13% , 47.20% , 308.24% , 48.88% respectively, and significantly make the content of cholesterol in egg 53.46% lower than that of the basal group (p < 0.01), without affecting production performance.
