摘要
为探明传统中药对鸡蛋品质的影响效果 ,用降胆灵特号 , , 作蛋鸡饲料添加剂 ,测定鲜蛋中全蛋蛋白质、蛋黄胆固醇、蛋黄卵磷脂的含量变化 .结果表明 ,降胆灵特号 , , 用作饲料添加剂 ,均能使全蛋蛋白质、蛋黄卵磷脂的含量增加 ,蛋黄胆固醇含量降低 ,其中尤以降胆灵特号 2 .0 %汤剂效果最佳 ,与对照组相比 ,该组可同时提高全蛋蛋白质和蛋黄卵磷脂含量分别达 2 2 .13%,47.2 0 %,蛋黄胆固醇含量降低 5 3.46 %.
The contents of protein in the whole egg, yolk cholesterol and yolk lecithin were determined by using Jiangdanling specific formulation Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ as additives in chicken feed. The results show that the contents of protein in the whole egg and yolk lecithin increase,but the contents of yolk cholesterol decrease.When using Jiangdanling specific formulationⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ as the additives in feed,the optimum effects are obtained by using Jiangdanling Ⅱ 2.0% decoct.Compared with the control,the formulation increases the contents of protein in the whole egg and yolk lecithin by 22.13 % and 47.20% respectively,while the contents of yolk chelesterol decrease by 53.46%.
