Graves病易感基因研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 Graves病 (GD)与遗传因素密切相关 ,已发现人白细胞抗原 (HLA) Ⅱ类基因、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞抗原 4(CTLA 4 )基因、促甲状腺素受体 (TSH R)基因和甲状腺球蛋白 (Tg)基因等多个基因与GD存在一定的联系。另外 ,用全基因组扫描的方法确立了GD连锁基因位点GD 1、 2、 3,它们为GD遗传易感基因的研究提供了新的方向。
