摘要
试验研究了室温形变、稀土元素对纯铁和B_2F 钢渗碳过程的复合作用,结果表明,适当的室温形变和加入稀土元素对渗碳时原子的渗入和扩散有明显的促进作用。两者作用的叠加可使渗层厚度增加30%。加入稀土元素后改善了渗层的分布使机械性能得以提高。探讨了室温形变和稀土元素对渗碳过程促进的原因。
This paper discusses the effect of the room temperature pre-deformation and
rare earth elements on carburizing process of Iron and B_2F steel.Experimental results show that
the pre-doformation and rare earth elements can accelerate the diffusion processes of atoms carbon.
Therefore,it increases the depth of the carburizing layers up to 30%.The mechanism of the
catalytic effect of deformation and Re elements was also discussed.
