摘要
本文研究了室温形变对钢渗碳、碳氮共渗、离子渗氮过程的影响,并对其中的规律进行了分析,认为位错对间隙原子既有成为通道的促进扩散作用,也有成为陷井的阻碍扩散作用。因处理温度不同,两者会有主次区别,试验结果还表明,为获得复合强化效果,必需正确选择热处理工艺参数。
The influence of room temperature deformation on carburizing,carbonitriding,ion nitriding process of steels has been investigated.The prin-ciple in this process has been analysed.It is considered that the role ofdislocation for diffusion of interstital atom are both helpful as a path andinhibitory as a trap.One of the effects is predominant depending upon theheat treatment temperature.Test results show that it is necessary to choosecorrect parameters of heat treatment,where multiple strengthening is needed.
