摘要
研究在气体软氮化过程中,加入稀土元素对渗层深度、动力学过程及硬度分布的影响.稀土可使40Cr,38CrMoAl和45钢的软氮化速度提高30%~100%;表层硬度稍有降低,过渡层硬度增大,硬度梯度明显减小。还初步讨论了稀土元素对软氮化过程的催渗机理。
The effect of rare-earth elements on case depth hardness distribution and kinetics of the nitriding process is studied.Experimental result indicates that the rare-earth elements can raise nitriding speed by 30-50% for steels 45, 40Cr and 38CrMoAl.For the steels, the surface hardness slightly lowered, the transition zone hardness somewhat raised, and the hardness gradient distinctly reduced. The activiting mechanism is preliminary discussed also.
