摘要
自蔓延高温合成材料技术具有能耗低、合成时间短、产量高、纯度高、合成物无污染等优点,具有广泛的应用前景,目前已用该技术合成了500多种新材料,部分材料已应用于工业生产中。石油勘探和开发中需要大量钻头和油井管,使用条件恶劣,为提高其使用寿命,主要采用高合金材料制造,工艺复杂、生产成本高。应用自蔓延高温合成技术可制造强度高、耐磨性好的材料,用于钻头有望提高钻井速度、延长使用寿命,采用自蔓延高温合成技术与离心技术结合而发展起来的陶瓷内衬复合钢管技术,可在钢管内表面涂敷耐磨性和耐蚀性优良的涂层,用于油井管有望提高使用寿命,降低成本。
Selfpropagating hightemperature synthesis(SHS) is a new material synthesis technique, the synthesizing materials using SHS have such advantages as low energy consumption, short synthesizing time, high production quantity, high product purity and no environmental pollution, etc.. SHS has widespread application prospects. Today, more than 500 kinds of new materials have been synthesized by means of SHS. In the oil field exploration and development, there are many needs on bit and oil tube. The service condition of bit and oil tube is very bad, in order to improve their service life, they are often made of high alloy material, by complicated process at high production cost. High strength and good wear resistance material suitable for bit can be obtained using SHS technique,and it's hopeful that the well drilling rate could be increased and service life of bit could be prolonged. Combining SHS with centrifugal technique, ceramiclined composite steel pipe could be produced,as oil tube, and oil tube service life could be increased and its cost could be decreased.
