油气钻采用油管的腐蚀机理及防护技术研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 油管在油气钻采中用量巨大并且需要反复使用,做好油管的防腐蚀,对油气安全生产至关重要。随着国内多数油气田进入开发中后期及页岩气等非常规油气藏的不断开发,随着新型驱替技术的应用,高盐、高温和高硫等复杂严苛的环境对油管等钻采设备的腐蚀已日益严重。总结了油管介质CO_(2),H_(2)S,Cl^(-)和细菌等腐蚀机理及多场耦合作用下的腐蚀研究进展;介绍了常用油管的防腐技术,包括耐蚀材料、有机涂层、金属镀层和渗氮等油管防腐技术的优缺点,以期对油管的腐蚀机理研究和防腐技术开发提供一定的借鉴和指导。 Tubing is widely used in oil and gas drilling,and needs to be utilized repeatedly,so the protective measures for its corrosion are very important for the production safety.With the development of oil and gas fields in China as well as the exploitation of unconventional reservoirs,for example shale gas,the corrosion of drilling and production equipment,like tubing,becomes more and more serious due to the complex and severe environment such as high salt,high temperature and high sulfur,and the development of new displacement technology.In this paper,corrosion mechanism of CO_(2),H_(2)S,Cl^(-)and bacteria,and the research progress of corrosion under the action of multi-field coupling were summarized.Meanwhile,common anti-corrosion technologies of tubing,such as corrosion resistant materials,organic coating,metal coating and nitriding,as well as their advantages and disadvantages were introduced,so as to provide reference and guidance for the study of the corrosion mechanism of tubing and the development of anti-corrosion measures.
