摘要
阐述了数据挖掘是CRM的核心,客户的信息通过数据挖掘工具进行加工,提取出有用的信息,为企业综合决策提供依据。介绍了数据挖掘的概念、过程、目标、CRM中数据挖掘的主要方法以及数据挖掘的广阔的前景。
The paper states that datamining is the centre of CRM.Useful information are drawn up from customers' information having been processed through datamining so that a synthetic decision can be abtained on the ground in an enterprise.The introduction is made of datamining conception,procedure,target and main methods for datamining as well as its developing prospect.
