氨纶是近年来发展最快的一种合成纤维。它是一种重要的高技术纤维 ,具有软硬嵌段的区段结构特征 ,性能优异 ,越来越多的纺织品都混入适量氨纶以提高其服用性能。本文系统地介绍氨纶的结构和性能 ,特别是分析氨纶的结构与弹性、热性能和染色性的关系 ;深入分析氨纶的热定形和染色加工的机理及工艺 ;阐述染料的化学结构对氨纶的染色性能的影响 ;讨论含氨纶纺织品的染整工艺和注意事项 ;推荐了近年来开发的一些氨纶新品种和氨纶染色的新染料、新助剂和新工艺。
Polyurethane fiber is the fastest developed synthetic fiber in recent years. This high-tech fiber possesses soft and hard block structure and excellent properties, more and more textiles are blended with a certain amount of polyurethane fiber to enhance its serviceability. This section systematically introduces the structure and elasticity, thermal properties and dyeability of this fiber, mechanism and process of heat setting and dyeing, chemical structure of dyestuff and its effects on the dyeability, as well as dyeing and finishing process of fabrics containing polyurethane fiber and points for attention. New varieties of polyurethane, and corresponding dyes, auxiliaries, processes are launched in recent years.
