摘要
介绍涤纶/氨纶混纺织物生产工艺(包括前处理、预定形、染色和后整理)的注意事项和工艺要求,诸如冷堆、预定形、染色等工艺参数的控制等。经该工艺加工后,克服了涤/氨复合织物染色重现性和色牢度较差、氨纶高温条件下失弹及强力损伤大的问题。
Wet processing of polyester/spandex fabric is introduced, including pretreatment, presetting, dyeing and finishing. The matters needing attention in processing are pointed out. This wet processing can eliminate the problem formation of low reproducibility, poor color fastness, loss of elasticity and strength at high temperature.
