摘要
不定岛型海岛纤维合成革主要由超细旦尼龙6和聚氨酯组成。比较了色母粒着色、聚氨酯上色剂处理后染色、染色后皂洗、染色后固色、染色后湿摩擦牢度增进剂处理、染色后印刷几种方法对摩擦色牢度的影响,并讨论了上述几种方法提高摩擦色牢度的原因,同时指出了这几种方法的缺陷。结果表明:色母粒着色方法其干擦达到4～5级,湿擦达到3～4级,可应用于大批量深色产品加工;对于小批量深色产品,可以采用以下工艺:精炼处理→聚氨酯上色剂处理→染色→皂洗→其它后整理(拒水、柔软、抗菌、抗静电整理等)→湿摩擦牢度增进剂处理→揉纹。该工艺处理样品干擦达到4级以上,湿擦达到3级以上。
Unfigured islands - in - sea fibre synthetic leather is mainly made of PA6 and PU. The influences of the ways such as colouring with colour masterbatch, treatment with agent that improving PU dyeing properties and then dyeing, soaping after dyeing, fixing after dyeing, treatment with wet rubbing fastness improver after dyeing, printing after dyeing on colour fastness to rubbing were discussed. Also the reasons and shortcomings of improving colour fastness to rubbing by each way were reviewed. It shows that, colouring with colour masterbatch could be applied for microfibre synthetic leather with deep shade which is producing in mass, the dry colour fastness to rubbing of production can reach 4 - 5 rank in the gray scale for colour change, while the wet colour fastness to rubbing of production can reach 3 - 4 rank. As for produing in small batch one, the following craft could be followed： pretreatment with scouting agent, treatment with agent that improving PU dyeing properties, then dyeing, soaping, finishing such as water repellent finishing, softening finishin, antibiotic finishing, antistatic finishing and etc. If necessary, it could be treated with wet rubbing fastness improver and graining. The dry colour fastness to rubbing of production can reach 4 rank in the gray scale for colour change, while the wet colour fastness to rubbing of production can reach 3 rank.
