摘要
目的 :观察痰瘀同治方保护高脂血清损伤体外培养细胞的作用。方法 :采用高脂血清损伤内皮细胞 ,再给不同浓度中药血清 ,观察生化指标及细胞形态。结果 :痰瘀同治方小、中剂量组明显调节NO、ET、MDA、SOD、TNF含量 ,抑制细胞过度凋亡 ,对损伤的内皮细胞有明显的保护作用。
To observe the protective effect with Recipe of Removing Both Phlegm and Blood Stasis in vitro.We observed recipe Ⅰ was effective in regulating contents of NO、MDA、ET and TNF in celluar fluid cultured in vitro.inhibiting cells injure and lipid peroxidation and protcting in endangium,which was better than recipe Ⅱ(P<0.05-0.01).so removing both phlegm and blood stasis method is more effective than dissipating blood method in eliminating substantial pathogenic factor such as phlegm and blood stasis.
