摘要
小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞、兔主动脉平滑肌细胞和内皮细胞与LDL共同孵育均能引起LDL氧化修饰。在培养液中加入不同剂量的姜黄醇提取物,能对抗上述三种细胞对LDL的氧化修饰作用,当姜黄素浓度在4.3μmol/L时对巨噬细胞和平滑肌细胞引起LDL氧化的抑制达65%以上,而对内皮细胞引起的LDL氧化的抑制作用需要较大的剂量,当姜黄素浓度在34μmol/L时达到57%,并且有明显的量效关系。
To culture macrophage in rat's abdomen, rabbit's smooth muscle cell and endothelial cell in aorta with LDL will produce LDL oxidative modification, adding turmerol extracts in different doses to the culture flu-id can counter-act LDL's oxidative modification of the 3 kinds of cells above, when curcumin's concentration is over 43umol/L, the LDL inhibition of macrophage and smooth muscle cell can reach more than 65 %, onlywith more doses, can the LDL oxidative inhibition of endothe1ial cell be caused, when curcumin's concentra-tion is 34umol/L, the inhibition reaches 57%, and there is a quantity-effect relation.
