摘要
本文采用ＭＴＴ比色分析法及３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法检测ＩＬ－２活性，结果显示：ＭＴＴ比色法与３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法测定结果一致，但是ＭＴＴ比色分析法检测ＩＬ－２活性更简便、快速、经济。
The activity of IL-2 in human peripheral blood was measured with MTT colorimetric analysis and 3 H-TdR incorporation methods and consistent results were obtained,however the former method is more convenient,faster,cheaper and therefore more practical.
