摘要
目的 建立一个用分光光度法测定普乐安片中总黄酮含量的方法。方法 采用分光光度法。结果 通过方法学考察 ,芦丁在所试的 8.396～ 5 8.772μg· m L- 1 范围内有良好的线性关系 ,其回归方程为 :A=0 .0 12 2 0 C- 0 .0 0 342 9,r=0 .9998;平均回收率为 98.2 (n=5 ,RSD =0 .5 )。结论 试验表明 ,方法可靠 ,数据准确 。
Objective To establish a method for determining total flavone in Pule'an tablets by spectrophotometry.Methods The spectromophotometric analysis was applied.Results A methodological survey showed that there was a good linearity at the range of 8.396～58.772 μg·mL -1 of rutin; regression equation:A=0.012 20 C-0.003 429, r=0 .999 8;the average recovery was 99.2%,RSD was 0.5%(n=5).Conclusion This method is dependable,simple and accurate.
