摘要
利用实验手段,定量化地分析研究了木材抓具抓取速度ν对其抓取性能的影响。实验中测试了三个评价指标。即抓取力P、抓取量m和单位抓取力P_0。实验采用横椭圆爪形抓具,以五种抓取速度抓密实楞的工况下进行。结果表明,木材抓具抓取速度过低或过高对改善抓具的抓取性能将产生不利的影响;木材抓具抓取速度的合理范围是0.1—0.25 m/s;比较合理的抓取速度是0.16 m/s,在此速度下,木材抓具不仅具有合理的抓取力,而且有较高的抓取量。
The article analyses the effects of grabbing velocity on grabbing properties of log grapple quantatively. Using the horizontal ellipse jaw shape, it examines grabbing force P, log volume grabbed M and grabbing force/log volume grabbed P under five grabbing velocities and the working condition of grabbing compact pile. The results show that lower or higher grabbing velocity is no good in improving the grabbing properties of log grapple; the range of grabbing velocity is about 0.1~0.25 m/s; better one is 0.16 m/s. With better grabbing velocity, log grapple has not only a reasonable grabbing force but also a higher log volume grabbed.
