摘要
以YP2.0-A型遥控跑车的减速机构为研究对象,应用HyperMesh中的ANSYS模块对其进行3D网格划分,并对其进行接触静力学仿真分析。结果表明:该构件的最大工作应力为123.2 MPa,满足材料的强度条件和工作要求;并进行优化设计,为进一步结构设计提供依据。
The reduction institution of YP2.0-A type of telecontrol carriage was studied,3D gridding compartmentalization was finished with ANSYS models in HyperMesh.Then it completed the contact static simulation analysis.The results showed that the maximum working stress of the component arrived at 123.2 MPa,which met the strength conditions of the material and work condition requirements,and conducted the optimization design,which provided the references for further structural design.
