摘要
本文借助于电测技术,在密实楞抓取和格楞抓取的两种工况下,测试了木材抓具的有关参数,介绍了实验抓具及仪器;分析了抓取过程中抓腔内原木的运动规律。结果表明,木材抓具基本上是抓取第一层原木,这些原木的运动规律是,原来在被抓取层两边的原木抓取后基本上仍位于抓腔的两侧,抓取层内中央的原木抓取后仍处于抓腔内的中、下部。采用了两种爪形,即近似横椭圆爪形和近似竖椭圆抓形。测试了抓爪形状对抓取力的影响,实验结果得出,不论从力学角度还是从抓取性能角度来看,近似横椭圆爪形的性能比近似竖椭圆爪形的性能好。同时给出了木材抓具抓取力及抓爪板上应力在实楞和格楞抓取两种工况下的测试方法和结果。
This article, using the technology of resistance strain gage, tests and examines some parameters of log grapple under two different working conditions (grabbing compact log pile and bundle like log pile). It presents the log grapple and instruments for testing and analyses the moving law of logs during grabbing. The testing results show that the first layer of compact log pile is grabbed by grapple; the moving law of logs is: if the logs locate at sides of first layer of compact logs pile and in the middle of this layer before grabbing, they still locate at the sides of area of jaws held and in the middle of this area after grabbing. This paper also analyses and tests the effects of the grapple's jaw-shape on the grabbing force with two kinds of jaw-shape, gives the testing way and result of the grabbing force and jaw′s stress.
