摘要
目的 :探讨蝉拟青霉对正常及免疫抑制大鼠的免疫调节作用。方法 :各组大鼠连续皮下注射相应药物 2 6d后 ,测定脾脏和胸腺的重量及其系数 ;用生化方法测定血清、肝、脾、肾、胸腺组织细胞中酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)和乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的活力 ;在电子显微镜下观察脾脏巨噬细胞 (MΦ)的形态结构。结果 :蝉拟青霉使正常大鼠脾重 (脾系数 )显著增加 (P <0 .0 0 1或P <0 .0 1) ,抑制环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制大鼠的免疫器官(脾脏、胸腺 )萎缩 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;使正常大鼠肾组织中ACP活力、胸腺组织内LDH活力明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,并能阻遏环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制大鼠肝、脾、肾、胸腺组织细胞内ACP、LDH活力的降低 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1) ;电镜观察发现 ,蝉拟青霉使正常大鼠脾MΦ体积增大 ,胞质内溶酶体增多 ,细胞表面可见粗而短的突起。结论 :蝉拟青霉对机体具有免疫激活活性 。
Objective:To investigate the regulation of paecilomyces cicadae (P. cicadae) on immunological function in normal and immunosuppressive rats.Methods:After different groups of rats were administered with corresponding drugs by subcutaneous injection for 26 days, the wet weight of spleen and thymus were measured and their weight indexes were calculated,the activities of acid phosphatase (ACP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum, liver, spleen, kidney and thymus were determined by biochemical methods, and the shape and structure of splenic macrophages (MΦ)were observed with electron microscope.Results:After P. cicadae was administered to rats, the following results were observed: The spleen weight (splenic weight indexes) increased remarkably in normal rats(P<0.001 or P<0.01) and immunological organs (spleen and thymus) atrophy induced by Cy were inhibited significantly (P<0.05 orP<0.01).The ACP activities in kidney and LDH activities in thymus of normal rats were enhanced significantly(P<0.05), and the decrease of the activities of ACP and LDH in liver, spleen, kidney, and thymus of Cy immunosuppressed rats was repressed evidently(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001).Under electron microscope the splenic MΦ showed auxetic growth, and the number of lysosomes in MΦ cytoplasm and the gibbosity on the MΦ surface increased evidently in normal rats.Conclusion:P.cicadae can activate immune system and antagonize the immunosuppressive effects of cyclophamide.
