芒果苷对免疫抑制小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖的影响 被引量:23

摘要 目的:探讨芒果苷对免疫抑制小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖的影响。方法:以环磷酰胺复制免疫抑制小鼠模型,四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法测定芒果苷对刀豆蛋白A(ConA)诱导T淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果:当以ConA刺激时,芒果苷可显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的T淋巴细胞增殖能力。结论:芒果苷可拮抗环磷酰胺对Con A诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖反应的抑制作用。
