摘要
目的 探讨健脾消痞浸膏对脾虚动物胃排空及胃动素的影响。方法 用大黄水煎剂造脾虚动物模型 ,以比色法测定液体的胃排空 ,通过胃残留物的测定了解固体的胃排空 ,用放射免疫法测定血浆胃动素。结果 健脾消痞浸膏组胃内液体残留率低于脾虚模型组 (P <0 0 1) ,健脾消痞浸膏高剂量和中剂量组胃内固体残留率亦低于脾虚模型组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。健脾消痞浸膏高剂量组和中剂量组血浆胃动素高于脾虚模型组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。结论 健脾消痞浸膏具有促进脾虚动物胃排空和提高血浆胃动素的作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of Jian-pi Xiao-pi extract on gastric emptying and motilin of animals with spleen deficiency. Methods:Animal model of spleen deficiency was set up by using rhubarb, the function of gastric emptying liquid was assayed by means of chromometry, the function of gastric emptying solid was observed by weighing remains in mouse stomach, motilin in plasma was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results:Compared with spleen deficiency group, the rate of residual liquid in the stomach was significantly lower in the group of Jian-pi Xiao-pi extract (P<0.01). The rate of residual solid in the stomach was lower in the middle dosage group of Jian-pi Xiao-pi extract (P<0.05), but significantly lower in the high dosage group(P<0.01). Motilin in plasma was higher in the middle dosage group of Jian-pi Xiao-pi extract (P<0.05), but significantly higher in the high dosage group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Jian-pi Xiao-pi extract could not only improve the function of gastric emptying liquid and solid, but also increase motilin in plasma of animals with spleen deficiency.
