摘要
目的研究多糖抗肿瘤作用的可能机制。方法采用免疫组化方法研究蕏苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF-α表达影响。结果蕏苓多糖作用后,小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF-α表达显著增强(P<0.01)。结论蕏苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF-α表达有激活作用。
Objective This article studied polyporus umbellatus polsaccharide effecting expression of mouse HepA tumor cell TNF -α, further illustrated the antitumor function of polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide. Results The findings indicated expression of mouse HepA tumor cell' TNF - α increased obviously (P<0.01) .Conclusion Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide had actived on expression of mouse HepA tumor cell' TNF-α.
