摘要
对本钢四机架冷连轧机张力自动控制 ( ATC)系统进行了深入的研究。给出 ATC系统结构 ,介绍了正常控制器、L U控制器及速度回归策略 ,测试结果表明 :该 ATC系统控制效果良好 。
The automatic tension control (ATC) on 4 stand cold tandem mill in Benxi Iron and Steel Company is studied. The structure of the ATC, the normal controller, the low speed and urgent (LU) controller, and the strategy of speed returning to zero are introduced. The testing results show that the control effect of the ATC system is good.
