摘要
研究超细漆包线高速绕制时张力控制问题。通过对漆包线高速绕制过程的分析，提出了一种新的漆包线统制张力检测、控制方案，并构成了实用的控制系统。
This paper studies the problems of the tension control on winding superfine enamel insulated wire with high speed. Through analysing the winding process,it sets forth a new scheme of wire winding tension measure and control. A practical system executed is gived.
