摘要
根据压力AGC(Automatic Gauge Control)的控制原理,对BISRA式AGC和动态设定型AGC在阶跃轧制力扰动下调整过程进行了研究;分析了理想模型参数情况下各算法的收敛性和稳态误差;推导出压力AGC算法收敛的模型参数取值区间和模型参数取值对压力AGC控制算法的收敛速度和稳态误差的影响.
Based on the prinaple of pressure AGC(Automatic Gauge Control),the adjustment process of BISRA and dynamic AGC under rolling force step disturbance are studied;the convergence and steady error of each method with ideal parameters are analyzed;the parameter value range of pressure AGC algorithm convergence and the influence of the values of parameters on convergence speed and steady error of pressure AGC algorithm are deduced in this paper.
