摘要
用副枪取样方法研究了宝钢一炼钢 3 0 0 t转炉吹炼过程中熔池脱硫反应的情况 ,用 Belaf程序计算了吹炼终点渣钢之间脱硫反应的平衡值。转炉终渣硫含量平均占炉料中总硫量的 3 1% 。
The desulphurization during blowing on 300 t converter in Baosteel was studied with sublance sampling,the end at equilibrium between slag and metal was calculated with Belaf program.The result is that the total S carried away by slag at end point is 31 % of total S in the charge.So gasification has little influence on desulphurization.
