摘要
耐火材料广泛应用于冶金工业。其中碱性耐火材料因其良好的性能在炼钢设备中被广泛采用。耐火材料与钢水的相互作用以及由此对钢水及钢材质量产生的影响:使钢水及钢材中产生非金属夹杂;耐火材料的增碳对钢水及钢材质量的影响;耐火材料的脱硫作用有利于提高钢水及钢材质量;耐火材料的脱磷作用有利于提高钢水及钢材质量。
Fireproof material is widely used in metallurgical industry and alkaline fireproof material, which is remarkable for its excellent characteristics, is especially widely used in steelmaking equipment. This article intends to analyze the interaction of fireproof material and molten steel as well as the infulences on the molten steel and the rolled steel caused by the previous interaction： 1. Nonmetal foreign matters will be produced in molten steel and rolled steel in the process of steel making; 2. Carbureting fireproof material will improve the quality of molten steel and rolled steel; 3. Desulfurizing the fireproof material will improve the quality of molten steel and rolled steel; 4. Eliminating phosphorus from the fireproof material will improve the quality of molten steel and rolled steel.
