摘要
通过MgO质坩埚的30kg感应炉,研究了AlMg、SiCaBaMg、SiCaBaAlMg等镁合金(含8%~15%Mg)脱氧剂对0.05%.0.07%C钢的脱氧行为。试验结果表明,用8%~10%Mg的AlMg合金脱氧时,钢中氧含量降低到33.77×10^-6,用15%Mg的SiCaBaAIMg包芯线脱氧,钢中氧含量降低到38.62×10^-6。镁合金在脱氧的同时具看较强的脱硫作用,当钢中起始硫含量为0.063%时,AlMg合金的脱硫率为46.03%,SiCaBaAlMg包芯线的脱硫率为49.21%。
The deoxidization behavior of magnesium alloy (8% ~ 15% Mg) deoxidizer- AlMg, SiCaBaMg, Si- CaBaAlMg to 0. 05% ~ 0. 07% C steel has been studied by a 30 kg induction furnace with MgO crucible. Test results showed that with deoxidation using AlMg alloy contained 8% ~ 10% Mg the oxygen content in steel decreased to 33. 77 × 10^-6, with deoxidation using SiCaBaAlMg alloy contained 15% Mg the oxygen content in steel decreased to 38.62 × 10^-6, while magnesium alloy had strong desulphurization effect during deoxidized period, with initial sulphur content 0. 063% in steel the desulphurization rote by AlMg alloy was 46. 03% and that by SiCaBaAlMg core wire was 49.21%.
