摘要
2001年我们对四川省高等院校公共课、基础课教师队伍现状的调查结果进行了数据统计,进而从职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构、学缘结构四个方面分析了我省的基本情况及存在的问题。认为,培养和引进并举是调整师资队伍结构的主要途径,加大力度培养中青年学科骨干和学术带头人是队伍建设的根本。当然,师资队伍建设是一项系统工程,不仅需要配套措施,还需要建立科学合理的用人机制。
Based on a data analysis of a 2001 investigation of the teachers' present state of Sichuan higher learning institutions' common and basic courses in the four aspects of title, school, age and source, it is believed that cultivation and introduction are the main ways of readjusting teacher structure, cultivation of young and middleaged discipline core members and academic leaders is the essence of teacher development, and it calls for a scientific personnel placement mechanism for teacher development.
