摘要
重庆市是我国人力资源最丰富、剩余劳动力输出最多的直辖市,人力资源开发和剩余劳动力输出在重庆市的经济发展中起着极其重要的作用。通过分析重庆市人力资源开发与剩余劳动力流动的相互作用、相互促进关系,揭示人力资源开发可促进剩余劳动力合理有序流动、剩余劳动力合理有序流动又可以加速人力资源开发的辩证关系。
Chongqing has the most abundant human resources and the greatest amount of surplus labor forces flow, both of them play the important roles in Chongqings development Through analyzing the relationship between the human resources exploitation of Chongqing and the surplus labor forces flow, this paper discusses their dialectical relationship of mutual promotion
