在加快西部地区经济发展的过程中,对人力资源的开发是至关重要的。重庆作为我国新的直辖市和西部重要的经济中心,详尽分析重庆市人力资源的现状及存在的问题探讨重庆人力资源开发的一系列途径。对重庆市人才资源开发具有重要的现实意义。
