摘要
介绍重庆人力资源开发面临的机遇与挑战 ,重点分析重庆“产品型”和“在产品型”人力资源开发现状 ,提出重庆人力资源开发的对策建议。
This paper introduces the challenge and the chance of Chongqings human resources exploitation, analyzes the actuality of “production” and “half production” human resources and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
