摘要
在光刻热熔法的基础上 ,研究使用掺有重铬酸盐的明胶在光纤端部制备微型透镜的工艺 .分析了重铬酸铵明胶体系的辐射交联和光敏机理 ,阐述了配制、曝光、显影和热熔成形的实验方法 ,同时研究曝光机理和显影机理以确定最佳浓度和质量比、曝光时间、显影时间等工艺参数 .提出了凸透镜表面的形成问题 ,对熔融态的重铬酸铵明胶的浸润特性和临界角作了讨论 ,并以此作为热熔温度及时间的理论基础 .结果说明 ,实验制备的微型透镜具有很好的面形 ,透光性能良好 。
A process of fabricating microlens on the end of optical fibers by using gelatin dichromate was studied according to the phtoresist melting method in order to increase the intensity of solar energy. Firstly, the principle of the radiation cross link and the photosensitizing was analyzed, and then four tests-preparation, exposure, developing and melting, were described in detail, and the theory of exposure and developing was investigated to determine some important parameters, such as the optimal density, the ratio of mass, exposure time, and so on. In particular, with regard to the shape of the convex microlens, the soakage property and critical angle of melting gelatin dichromate were discussed, which was the theoretical basis of melting temperature and time. The results show that the shape of the microlens prepared is fine, and the transmitting is super. So it is suitable for the end of optical fiber to strengthen the focusing property.
