摘要
在对当代大学生就业选择的广泛关注和研究中 ,应当引入职业声望、地位视角的研究 ,围绕大学生择业观的转变及其就业过程中产生的心理障碍 ,从社会系统运行的角度对大学生就业选择加以深度分析 。
The research on the professional reputation and wisual angle of position should be introduced into extensive attention and research to modern college students' employment option.Since modern college students have had changes on view of employment option and psychological block in employment process,we should make deep analysis on their employment option from the angle of social system running so as to give effecfive guide to their employment option.
