超短波在口腔正畸治疗中的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨超短波辅助技术在加速正畸牙齿移动方面的临床应用效果,从而为其临床实践提供理论依据。方法 将40例牙列拥挤,需做减数治疗的牙颌畸形患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各20例。将实验组患者的右上尖牙置于超短波磁场中心,每日30min,隔日测量右上第二尖牙颊尖顶与右上尖牙牙尖顶的距离直至第27天。结果 早期(21天前)二组患者牙齿移动的速度无显著性差异,21天后实验组明显快于对照组。结论超短波可以加速牙齿移动,且对人体组织无毒副作用,尤其适用于初戴矫治器者,可以应用于临床。 Objective To get some information about the using of the ultrashort-wave on the teeth moving at the clinical practice. Methods Forty patients, who suffer from handicapping dentofacial anomaly and need pull out the maxillary first premolar teeth, were divided into test group (20 patients) and control group (20 patients) randomly. Each of the maxillary canine of test-group lied in the center of ultrashort-wave 30min every day, but the contrtol group' s lied in the natural' circumstance. Measured the distance between the buccal top of maxillary second premolar and canine on each of the following day three times, and then recorded the average value until 27 days. Results The speed of teeth moving in two groups had no significant difference in the early time, but after that the differences showed obviously. Conclusion The ultrashort-wave can promote the teeth movement,but can not hurt the body tissues as well.This can be used for every patients, especially for the patients who have just wear the appliance, so the ultrashort-wave can be used in the clinical practice.
