摘要
本实验选用12只家兔,分成三组。一组为对照组,一组注射 PGE_2,另外一组注射 cAMP 类药物——三磷酸腺苷二钠。实验证明 PGE_2和 cAMP 对免牙移动有促进作用。经统计学 t 检验,PGE_2组与对照组有显著性差异。本文还介绍了一种简便实用的兔下切牙的正畸实验装置——单簧圈别针黄矫治器,实验证明是成功的。
12 rabbits were divided into 3 groups in this experiment.The first group was used ascontrol.In the second group,PGE_2(dosage:50μg)was injected in the gingiva around themoving tooth of the animal.And,cAMP-like medicine was used in the third group.In theexperiment,a new apparatuswas prepared and used on the lower anterior teeth of the r(?)-bbits.The rate of tooth movement of the three groups were compared with each other.theresults suggested that PGE_2 and cAMP can promote the tooth movement of rabbits.The di-fference of the rate of tooth movement between the first and second groups is sign(?)fi(?)a-nt(p<0.01).
