深层发酵灵芝高产菌株筛选初探 被引量:9

A Primary Investigation on the Screening of High Yield Ganoderma lucidum Strains in Submerged Culture

摘要 将从各地收集到的 2 4个灵芝菌株进行深层发酵培养 ,通过比较菌丝生长速度和发酵生物量 ,筛选出 8个优良菌株。根据菌株间拮抗反应及蛋白酶同工酶分析结果 ,确定 8个菌株中的G2和G15、G33和G2 7为同一菌株 ,属同株异名。进一步比较 8个菌株的菌丝发酵生物量 ,胞内、胞外多糖含量等指标 ,确认菌丝发酵生物量、胞内多糖含量较高的灵芝 0 Ganoderma lucidum strains with higher biomass and higher mycelium growth rate in submerged culture were screened out from 24 G. lucidum strains collected. The result of antagonistic test and proteinase isozyme test showed that G2 and G15, G33 and G27 were two groups of synonym strains. Further test of submerged culture verified that the polysaccharide content and mycelial biomass of G.lucidum strain 0770 were relatively high among 8 G.lucidum  strains screened out. And G. lucidum strain 0770 was considered to be the optimum strain for submerged culture.
