不同温度对姬松茸菌丝生长及其几种同工酶特征的初步分析 被引量:1

摘要 姬松茸菌丝在不同温度下培养,对菌丝生长速度及菌丝酯酶同工酶(EST)、过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)和蛋白酶同工酶具有明显影响。试验结果表明,25℃为最适培养温度,菌丝萌发快、生长茁壮、生长速度快;25和30℃处理产生的同工酶酶带条数最多、酶活性最强,温度过低或过高都不利于同工酶的产生。 Agaricus blazei Murill. mycelium was cultured under different temperature. The results showed that the temperature condition has a significant impact on the mycelial growth rate and its EST isohyets, POD isozyme and protease isozyme. Among the temperatures, 25 ℃ was the most suitable culture tem- perature;the mycelium germinated fast at 25℃, grew robustly and fast as well. With the treatment at 25 and 30℃, the most number of isozyme bands were obtained, and the enzymes showed highest enzymatic activities. Too low or high temperature conditions were disadvantageous to the generation of isozymes.
