摘要
目的:考察环丙沙星聚乳酸微球的体外释药性能。方法:采用体外释放度试验中的浆法测定环丙沙星微球的体外释药情况,并对聚乳酸浓度对微球体外释放度的影响进行了考察。结果:在聚乳酸浓度为10%的情况下,环丙沙星微球的体外释药情况为:53.2 h的累积释药量为84.0%,T1/2为31.9 h,Higuchi方程为Q=-0.0043+0.0039t1/2,r=0.994。结论:环丙沙星聚乳酸微球具有明显的缓释效果。
Objective :To study the release of ciprofloxacin polylactic acid microspheres in vitro . Metheds: The release of the ciprofloxacin microspheres were examined by paddle method. The relation between the concentration of polylactic acid and the release of ciprofloxacin microspheres was also examined. Results; The accumulated release percentage of the ciprofloxacin microspheres with 10% polylactic acid was 84. 0% after 53. 2 h. The release half - life T1/2 was 31. 9 h and the Higuchi equation was Q = - 0. 0043 + 0. 0039t1/2 , r = 0. 994. Conclusion: The ciprofloxacin polylactic acid microspheres showed significant sustained release effect.
