摘要
目的 采用溶出度测定法测定司帕沙星颗粒剂的主药溶出量。方法 采用浆法测定含量。结果 司帕沙星在 2～ 17μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD =0 .70 2 %。结论 所用方法测定溶出度 ,准确、可靠。
OBJECTIVE A dissolution method was established to determine the amount of the main constituent dissolved from the Sparfloxacin granules. METHODS Comprehensive research was done for the measurement method and the parames of the measuring solvent and the speed of rovolution were established. RESULTS Under the selected conditions, Sparfloxacin shows the good linear relationship in the range of 2-17 μg·ml -1 , the average recovery rate was 99.80% with RSD of 0.70%. CONCLUSION It is accurate and reliable to use the described method to determine the dissolution of Sparfloxacin granules.
