在 4 -二甲胺基吡啶的存在下 ,1 ,6 -二氢 -S-四嗪重排成 3,6 -二氢 -S-四嗪 ,与双光气反应后再与不同的胺反应 ,合成了 1 1种 1 ,4 -二取代产物 ,产物经元素分析、IR和 1H NMR确证。用 UV和 1H
In the presence of 4-dimethylamino-pyridine, 3,6-dimethyl-1,6-dihydro-tetrazine react with diphosgene, then with amines to form a kind of compounds, N,N′-bissubstituted-3,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydro-S-tetrazine-1,4-dicarboxylicamide. The products are confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elementary analysis. At the aid of UV and 1H NMR, a mechanism of the catalytic rearrangement was discussed briefly.
