摘要
标题化合物是一种结构新颖，具有生物活性的化合物。它可由３，６二甲基１，６二氢１，２，４，５四嗪在对二甲胺基吡啶催化下，与苯异氰酸酯反应而制得，产率５８％。结构经元素分析，核磁共振，红外光谱证明。该化合物经体外实验，结果表明具有明显的抗癌活性。
The title compound is a new structural compound with bioactivities.It can be synthesized by reaction of phenyl isocyanate with 3,6 dimethyl 1,6 dihydro 1,2,4,5 tetrazine in the presence of p dimethylamino pyridine as catalyst.The yield is 58%.Its structure is confirmed by IR,NMR,and elemental analysis.Its antitumor activity is investigated in vitro.The results show that it has apparent bioactivities.
