摘要
研究了以2-巯基苯并噻唑为原料,采用氯甲酸三氯甲酯为氯化剂合成2-氯代苯并噻唑的方法,重点考察了不同溶剂和反应温度对合成反应的影响,提出了合成2-氯代苯并噻唑的一种新方法.
Based on 2-mercaptobenzothiazole as raw material,the synthesis of 2-chlorobenzothiazole is studied with hrichloromethyl-chlorofor-mate. The effect of different solvents and temperature on the reaction is investigated. Then,the most-favored condition is determined and 2-chlorobenzothiazole is synthesized in good yield.
