摘要
目的 :观察大鼠脑缺血再灌注后VCAM 1的表达和白细胞及血管内皮细胞间粘附性变化。方法 :免疫组化方法检测VCAM 1表达 ,超高速摄录像系统观察微血管内白细胞与内皮细胞间的粘附性变化。结果 :缺血再灌注后VCAM 1表达以及微动脉内白细胞与内皮细胞间粘附性均明显增高 ,抗VCAM 1单克隆抗体可减轻白细胞粘附和脑组织损伤。结论 :脑缺血再灌注后VCAM 1表达增高 ,使白细胞与血管内皮细胞间的粘附增强 ;抗VCAM
Aim:To investigate the expression of VCAM-1 and changes of adhesion between leukocytes and endothelial cells in focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion rats.Methods:Immunohistochemistry and high speed micro-recording TV sets were used separately to detect the expression of VCAM-1 and the adhesion change between leukocytes and endothelial cells in cerebral focus.Results:Significant increases were found in expression of VCAM-1 and the adhesion between leukocytes and endothelial cells in the ischemic tissue. Using anti-VCAM-1 antibody could relieve the adhesion and cerebral damage after ischemia-reperfusion. Conclusion: The up-regulated VCAM-1 after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion participated in the adhesion between leukocytes and endothelial cells. Anti-VCAM-1 antibody could protect cerebrum from ischemic damage partially.
