摘要
本文以一种特殊的高粘度胶状镀镍溶液为基础,添加 WC 微粒。研究采用刷镀方法镀覆耐磨、耐氧化的 Ni-WC 复合镀层工艺。文中分析讨论了镀液性能,镀层性能以及工艺参数的影响,提出了实用性刷镀 Ni-WC 复合镀层工艺。
An abrasion and oxidation resistant Ni-WC composite is brush plated with a special viscose Ni plating bath,added with WC particles.Effects of the bath,coating properties and process factors are analyzed and a practical technique for Ni-WC brush plating suggested.
