摘要
研究了用复合电沉积法制备的α—Ａｌ２Ｏ３／Ｃｕ复合材料的电性能和机械性能。结果表明，α—Ａｌ２Ｏ３颗粒的加入使材料硬度显著提高．当μ—Ａｌ２Ｏ３含量为２０ｖｏｌ％时，电导率可达７０％ＩＡＣＳ以上。
Electrical and mechanical properties of electroplated α-Al2O3/Cu composite coating are investigated. Introduction of α-Al2O3 particles visibly increases film hardness. Film conductivity impases to 70%IACS or above when α-Al2O3 content in the composite is up to 20 vol%.
