摘要 XeCl308nm紫外激光(单脉冲输出能量33.4mJ,脉冲频率2次/秒,辐照时间45秒,光斑6×3mm,透镜焦距300mm)辐照330mm处小牛胸腺DNA(固体)。用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜可以观察到DNA受照射后有断裂、分叉、扭曲、聚集和交联等现象,影响生物大分子的初级结构和高级结构的变化。在我们的实验条件下是以影响DNA构象变化为主。 The biomacromolecule of Bovine Thymus Gland DNA(BTG DNA) poduter ,was radiated by XeCl excimer laser (308 nm) in the condition of export out power 33.4mJ/per pulse,pulse frequency 2 times/sec.,and radiation time 45sec. And in the conditions of the sample DNA was set on 330 mm far from laser source. The sample DNA radiated and its control were observed and measured by scanning electron microscope and perspective electron microscope. And then compared the data between two. The results showed that, when the BTG DNA was radiated by XeCl excimer laser, either its primary structure or its conformation expressed changes in breakage of DNA chains, or expansion, branching, sprain wrench, accumulation, intersect, and interlock of DNA chains. Especially it induced the BTG DNA conformation to change in our experiment condition. 
